DID YOU KNOW?
During the building of the golf course,
a nearly complete skeleton of a
Mastodon was unearthed. This is one
of the most complete skeletons ever
found in the United States. The
skeleton was discovered on the pond
side of the 18th green in 1991. The
remains are currently on display at
the Rochester Museum and Science
Center. |
